全自动装框是角码铆接式铝合金，矩形组框的专用设备，由气缸，直线导轨及钢结构机架组成，可以实现组件承压完毕后，组件的铝合金边框固定，从而简化了工人的作业难度，节约时间，提高了产品的质量。适用于多种型材，有螺钉与无螺钉铝合金边框的组框。组框和外形尺寸在设定的范围内通过锁紧齿条定位，任意调整尺寸，并通过了调气缸进行精度微调，满足用于不同组框尺寸的要求。
